EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ORO ANDALUZ
Since the most remote times, many generations of whole
families have devoted their time to the production of
oil throughout the different productive regions of the
province of Jaen and other areas of
Andalussia. The main and only concern
of all these producers has always been the interest
for the production of the best quality
oils. This concern has been inherited generation after
generation, related to the productive level of the farmers/olive
workers and to the technicians who obtain the different
oils from each region.
But because of this good work and of the quality of
the oils, the main commercial companies belonging to
this sector, mainly Catalan, Vasc and Italian enterprises,
have been removing oil in tank lorries for agees.
But since several years up to now, the new producers´
generations have started to concern about the commercial
labour of oils of the best quality and about the offering
of the best oils produced in their origin to costumers.
But in order to get this, it is necesary to struggle
and deal with offering an appropiate image and an efficient
supplying service adapted to the present market and
to our present standards of living.
It was in 1.990 when "ORO ANDALUZ"
first appeared as a trademark, as the result of the
initiative of one of these farmers/olive workers, who
was concerned about that immediate future with such
a high competitiveness, in a period in which everything
moves fast searching for an economic and social stability.
In the present time, we offer the best of what our forebears
have made, and we offer this to the market and its costumers:
EXTRA VIRGIN NATURAL OLIVE OIL, but with its own identity.
It was Gregorio Fernández who first registered
his trademark as "ORO ANDALUZ".
Since then, "ORO ANDALUZ" is obtained from
the selection of the best oils that the healthiest faultless
fruits provide year after year. These fruits have been
triturated and pressed before 24 hours past from their
falling off the tree, so we ensure the highest organoleptical
and bromatological quality. They are bottled as "ORO
ANDALUZ" only those oils that emerge from
a strict control during the tasting panels and obtain
the highest qualifications in their quality parameters:
absolutely irreproachable colour, taste and scent.
"ORO ANDALUZ" is an extra virgin natural olive
oil proceeding from the first pressing, so it is an
olive oil that is bottled in the most adequate hygienic-sanitary
conditions and the neatest plants and installations.
